Funding Sources
Bayview Community Services Inc. is funded by the Ontario Ministry of Health and
Long-Term Care through the Central
Local Health Integration Network (LHIN).
Additional support comes from the Mainstay Housing, the Canada Mortgage and Housing
Corporation and the Toronto Community Housing Corporation.
Fundraising Events
Bayview Community Services Inc. holds a number of
annual events in order to raise additional funds.
Each June, Jack Ilios, owner of Broadway Cleaners
at 929 Mt. Pleasant Road holds a charity barbecue and street party outside of his establishment
and donates all proceeds from this event to Bayview Community
Services Inc.
This year's Charity Barbecue took place on June 9th,
2007. The weather was great, as were the participants. Thanks to Jack and
his family and friends we raised more money than ever before at this
event.
